Synopsis
Submit a software upgrade along with an initial deposit. Please specify a unique name and height for the upgrade to take effect. You may include info to reference a binary download link, in a format compatible with: https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/tree/main/cosmovisor

_32 -a, --account-number uint The account number of the signing account (offline mode only)_32 --aux Generate aux signer data instead of sending a tx_32 -b, --broadcast-mode string Transaction broadcasting mode (sync|async|block) (default "sync")_32 --daemon-name string The name of the executable being upgraded (for upgrade-info validation). Default is the DAEMON_NAME env var if set, or else this executable (default "terrad")_32 --deposit string deposit of proposal_32 --description string description of proposal_32 --dry-run ignore the --gas flag and perform a simulation of a transaction, but don't broadcast it (when enabled, the local Keybase is not accessible)_32 --fee-granter string Fee granter grants fees for the transaction_32 --fee-payer string Fee payer pays fees for the transaction instead of deducting from the signer_32 --fees string Fees to pay along with transaction; eg: 10uatom_32 --from string Name or address of private key with which to sign_32 --gas string gas limit to set per-transaction; set to "auto" to calculate sufficient gas automatically. Note: "auto" option doesn't always report accurate results. Set a valid coin value to adjust the result. Can be used instead of "fees".
